Sagebrush Cantina has always maintained exceptionally high standards for food safety, consistency and cleanliness. We have excellent processes and procedures in place, along with an experienced management team and many relevant certifications for food service and preparation.
As a result of the coronavirus, we have enhanced our current policies and procedures based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Oakland County Health Department. We continue to monitor developments regarding the coronavirus that affect the health and safety of our patrons and team members.
This includes:
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting of all frequently touched surfaces including menus, restrooms, entrances/exits and other areas, with particular attention to food preparation stations and other high-traffic areas
- Directing our employees to stay home when sick, or if someone in their family is sick, and notify us immediately of any illness or international travel
- Reinforce best practices for washing hands, covering coughs and sneezes
- Ensure hand hygiene supplies are readily accessible throughout the workplace
If additional directives are given by federal, state or local authorities, we will review our procedures and take appropriate measures.
